Since 2006, Heliborne Heating & Cooling has been providing the DMV with top grade service. We pride ourselves on our customer service and doing everything we can in order to satisfy your family needs.

CEO and Founder, Braulio Santos, came to the United States in the mid 80s and became a proud member of the Washington D.C. Army National Guard after completing high school. He served 24 years as well as 1 active duty year during Desert Storm 2. He became a medivac pilot in the late 90s and flew multiple helicopters for the Army until he retired in 2013 achieving the rank of Chief Warren Officer 2.

The Santos family has always had a blue collar, hardworking mentality and above all, integrity. We make sure that our prices stay fair but remain competitive. Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance

Your HVAC system will be inspected twice a year (once in the spring, once in the fall) by a qualified service technician to ensure that everything is running at its optimal capacity before the summer and winter seasons. Our technician will bring any issues discovered during these diagnostics to the home owners attention and will provide you with all the best options on how to proceed.

10% Discount on Repairs

If you’re interested in purchasing any additional equipment such as; humidifiers, de-humidifiers, air purifiers, etc, you will receive a 10% discount on the regular price for those products or services. If a service technician diagnosis an issue that requires a new part, you will receive a 10% discount on the total repair cost from the regular price.

Priority Scheduling

As a V.I.P. you will get priority service over non-members. A side benefit of priority scheduling is that you will not be charged our emergency response fee in case of an emergency. V.I.P members will have that fee waived.

Bi Annual HVAC Drain Cleaning

During our preventative maintenance inspection, we also clear out the HVAC drain to prevent any unnecessary clogs and possible water damage from back logged water.

Transferrable Contracts

If you’re planning on selling your home or moving out of state, you can transfer this V.I.P. contract to the new home owner at no additional cost to you.

Our V.I.P. list is growing fast so sign up today for just $99 a year. This contract price is for one HVAC system pair (one outside unit and corresponding air handler). Any multiple unit homes will have an additional $70 per unit pair.
